PROBLEMS
These photo shows a problem that I found in Megamall, Kuantan. It was the Cinema ticket counter at highest floor of the mall. The problems are,
first, as you can see above the ticket counter, there was an electronic device to show information for each counter of the movie tickets they sell, but it was not functioning.
Secondly, is there nobody inside the ticket counter. This made the ticket counter less interactive. Nobody to ask from and to buy from.
SOLUTION
The solution are, instead of just using an electronic device that can only shows the LED light base text, this can be improve by putting a wide screen LCD TV hanging above the ticket counter.
These solution can help visitor to identify the upcoming movie shows through out the day.
On the TV screen, the movie's title, the time of showcase and the ticket price should be show.
Coloured screen TV is attractive, the cinema should also preview the movie trailers or advertisement on the TV before the visitor buy the tickets and watch movies.
Besides, the ticket sellers should always stay on the ticket counter. This could make the visitor easily to come to the counter and buy the ticket without have to wait for the ticket seller.
