Lack of Parking Auto-pay Machine

PROBLEM
Only one Parking Auto-Pay Machine
The problem I found in this Berjaya Megamall is, there is only one Parking Auto-Pay Machine. There was once the auto-pay machine malfunction, and someone call the security guard and call for technician to repair the malfunction auto-pay machine. If this case happen in the middle of rushing hour, it is a totally wasting the visitor time waiting for the technician to come and repair the machine. I had ever been in this situation before with a long queue waiting for the technician to repair. Another problem is, the auto-pay machine was not near to the door to the parking lot, it was placed near to the arcade!



SOLUTION
The solution are, acquired more auto-pay machine near the entrance door to the parking area. These is a new technology used that can process one entry of the parking ticket to multiple auto-pay machine. Which means multiple auto-pay machine can process one entry of the parking.

This is to make sure that the visitor process and pay their parking ticket before leaving the mall. More auto-pay machines could solve the over crowded situation in a rushed hour. For example, if one of the auto-pay machine is crashed, the visitor still can use the another auto-pay machine!
Secondly, the auto-pay machine should placed to a more strategic area rather than near the arcade. Visitor can easily pay their parking tickets when they know their way to the door to the parking lot, because the auto-pay machines were there!
