No Cashier Machine In  Shop

PROBLEMS

I had went to a PC games shop in Berjaya Megamall, Kuantan last Sunday. For me, the shop is really weird and unusual for a shop inside a big mall. There are no cashier machine in the shop. 

I had bought a PC CD game from that shop to confirmed that the shop really doesn't have any cashier machine or cash drawer. And my thought is true. Plus, there are no receipt given to me. This will be difficult for the customers if the PC CD games that they had bought from this shop had some problems. This is because there are no receipts or records that they had bought it from the shop.

SOLUTIONS

The simplest way to solve the problem is uses of hand-writing receipts. It at least can be a proof for the items that customers had purchased at the shop. With that, customers feel more secure of the items that they wanted to buy because they have a record that proof the items are from the shop. Then if the items have some problems they can exchange it at the shop. With the receipts, the shop-parties will not argue about anything.

This cashier machine can help the cashier to calculate for the balance. This will avoid any error of calculating the balance of customers money. It also issue receipts for the customers so that it can be a proof if that the PC CD game was bought at the shop.

This is the solutions for both problems. Why? Because it had three uses.

1) It can store money so the cashier doesn't have to store it elsewhere. Plus, it can prevent the loss of the money.

2) This cashier machine also can do the calculation for the cashier. This means that the cashier doesn't have to used calculator to count customer's balance money. This can help the cashier from doing any error in counting the balance.
3) It also can issue receipts. By this, customers will get the receipts and they can use it as a proof if the PC CD games that they bought from the shop had some problems.

This is the upgraded cashier machine from the normal cashier machine. It have a bar code reader that can be use to scan the bar code of the products. It also can issue the receipts for customers. It also have the ability to do calculation for the cashier.

Another alternative is to use a touch screen cashier machine. It's the most latest design of the cashier machine. It is more simple because it doesn't have any keyboard and it can save up some space. In additional, it also use a scanner to scan products codes. Using this, the cashier doesn't have to type the products codes. That also can save reduce time for payments. As other cashier machine it also can do the calculation and release receipts for customers.
