Non-Interesting Advertisements Of Job Vacancy


PROBLEM

During last Sunday at the Berjaya Megamall, Kuantan, I notice that there were some shops and restaurants advertise about job vacancies.But I realize that the shops-parties did not put much effort on advertising it.

 Their advertisements also not attractive at all. This shows that they really don't care whether anyone notice or attract to their advertisement.It shows that they did not seriously wanted a worker. Besides, job seekers will only know about it only when they go to the shop and see the advertisement. But, for the job seekers who didn't go there, they will not know about the job vacancy.








SOLUTION

To solve the problem,the shop-parties should put more effort of advertise their job vacancies. For example, they can advertise their advertisements in several job vacancies information website as malaysiajobs.biz, jobs1malaysia.info and jobsmalaysiaonline.info. By advertise their advertisements on these websites, their job vacancies will be filled as soon as possible. As we knows, many jobless people nowadays are seeking for vacancies. So that, if they find the advertisements, they will go to the interview for the job as soon as possible because they didn't want others to get that job.Another benefit of this kind of advertisement is we know that majority of people nowadays like to seek for jobs online. By this, they didn't have to be weary by searching for jobs from one shop to another.

The basic method to advertise the job vacancies is by advertise it on the newspaper. Although people nowadays like to use the internet for searching for the job, they still use the classic way of seeking for it on the newspaper. Some newspaper has some part for job vacancies advertisements. This will easier the readers to search for the job vacancies advertisements part.

We also can advertising the job vacancies using viral advertisements as example an owner of a shop told some of his/her friends that he/she need some workers to work at the shop. Then his/her friends spread the advertisements among their friends. And the advertisements will be spread widely. With this advertisements, the owner of the shop doesn't have to use any assets to advertise it.

This time we can use the podcast advertising that is video advertisements or audio advertisements. Using this kind of advertisements the advertisements itself will be more attractive.
