ProblemsMy friends and I went to Berjaya Megamall last Wednesday . When we entered the megamall we had noticed that the map of the megamall is not very clear because the text is too small to read . The picture of the map also in a small size , peoples couldn't get the direction of the map where the shop is located . Beside that , the map is not updated because it is fixed and cannot be changed . The map is also confusing to get direction because it has a lot of words .
Solutions
The management should replace the board map with the touch screen digital map at every floor . By using the digital map , peoples can easily find where the shop is located . It is also not wasting time to find location of shops because peoples can choose the category or kind of shop by touching the screen of the map to get direction . Besides , it is also easy to update the new location of shops and it is always updated to avoid from confusing . Below is an example of touch screen digital map :
